What We Do
We use a Science Based Approach to Creating Flow State Workplaces
No grand final has been won in September, no golfer has won on a Sunday, and no inventor has ever invented genius, without being in ‘flow state’.
If your business requires you to work in this optimal state, you and your team need to be in flow.
The challenge is to train our brains to overcome distraction and interferences.
‘Performance = Potential – Interferences’

Culture & Business Development
For organisations aiming to be more adaptive, changing culture is often the most challenging aspect. Adaptation requires new behaviours from everyone. We purposefully design cultures to strengthen the human ERP (Engagement, Retention, and Productivity).

Age of Imagination
Instead of focussing on ‘what is’, harnessing the strength of imagination gives us the capacity to explore ‘what could be’. We outline thinking frameworks for modern leaders to harness the culture of true innovation.

Leadership Development ss
From ‘fight and flight’ reactions to ‘stay and play’ responses, we use a science-based approach to develop leaders for success.

Rapid Deployment of Teams
When groups are highly attuned and sensitive to each other, ideas can flow and grow. We apply the most contemporary thinking based in science, to support teams in making micro changes to their communication and behaviours.
Our Business Context has Changed
Welcome to the Age of Imagination
Most Australian businesses have moved out of the industrial age and into an information age, but that’s not enough. The competitive levers of a modern Australian organisation is creativity and imagination.
‘Logic will only get you from A to B, imagination will get you to A, B and anywhere else.’

Who Are We?
We Are Passionate About Creating Future-Ready Leaders
Drawing on more than 20 years of practical experience, as well as studies at Harvard and London School of Economics, we have designed programs that help the smartest teams in Australia create opportunities amidst chaos and confusion.
Our passion is to develop future-ready leaders that ignite ingenuity and tenacity into their teams, essentially we help transform Experts into Alchemists.

Industries We Serve
We Work with Organisations with a Learning Mindset
We work with medium sized engineering, resources, disability and professional services businesses in Australia.

Engineering & Resources
Project teams produce sub-optimal outcomes when they fail to appreciate differences in technical and adaptive problems. We help teams build soft skills that otherwise have hard consequences for on-time, on-budget deliverables.

Professional Services
The competitive levers of success have moved beyond technical expertise. The key to long term success is based on communication, trust and relationships with clients.

Disability Services
With the introduction of NDIS, Disability Services has been flying with a half built jumbo jet and running repairs as it flies. We help to navigate the sector and make sense in this chaos.

Strata Communities
Strata provides for co-ownership of buildings often leading to differences of opinions for the building. We help Council of Owners and Strata Managers move past legislative and procedural interventions toward a sense of community and respect.

THE PARADOX OF PRESSURE: Is Stress a Force for Growth or a Road to Burnout?
Stress is ubiquitous in both our personal and professional lives. We’ve all felt it – deadlines, meeting expectations, looking after loved ones. It shows up in different ways: tightness in your chest before a big presentation, the weight of responsibilities piling up, the health consequences, the relentless voice in your head asking, Am I doing enough? Too much of it can break even the strongest among us leading to burnout, exhaustion and disconnection.
According to the Productivity Commission costs associated with these issues are estimated to be between $12.2 billion and $39.9 billion per year in Australia.
At the same time people say that they need a certain level of stress, we hear things like pressure makes diamonds. It can ignite motivation, sharpen focus and unlock a different level of creativity. The paradox is that the same pressure that drives us can also break us—so how do we navigate it? It’s clear that this is s topic worth diving into.
