Sarab is a human behaviour expert with particular skills connecting business strategy and team performance. He is a specialist in addressing enterprise specific challenges through personal growth strategies for leadership teams.
In 2016, Sarab was invited by Harvard Business School in Boston to take part in an Executive Leadership Program on Innovation where he combined his behavioural science approach with the latest thinking in innovation and design thinking. He has used this unique perspective to help businesses prepare for and excel in the new Age of Imagination.

Driven by a passion to understand human behaviour in the workplace, Kanwar leverages his extensive knowledge and expertise in the application of psychology and neuroscientific research to enhance leadership capacity and overall organisational growth.
Kanwar’s current focus is on exploring and embedding ways to develop cultures to perform and thrive in the Age of Imagination through the application of Behavioural Economics principles and knowledge that he gained from his time at the London School of Economics.

Aaron Figueiredo
OPERATIONS LEAD
As the Operations Lead, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in serving customers, managing complex operations, events, and marketing endeavours. He is well regarded as someone with a capacity to develop stronger and deeper relationships and purposefully resolving complicated and complex operational constraints. In this capacity, he is entrusted with the dual responsibility of steering the ship’s operational course while also nurturing and strengthening the bonds with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Aaron displays a unique blend of operational as well as strategic thinking in the way he serves and collaborates with stakeholders. This capacity is backed by his formal education in international business & hospitality.
To ensure that Corporate Sherpas services are customised to the requirements and context of the client, Aaron plays a lead role in holding robust discoveries to identify and uncover current constraints and aspirations, he becomes a conduit to provide a meaningful and impactful experience between the clients and the facilitators of Corporate Sherpas.
Bhavi Devchand
LEAD: ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Bhavi is passionate about the field of behavioural science, with a particular interest in helping organisations thrive at the intersection of high performance and wellbeing.
With over 13 years’ experience in professional sport across 5 countries, Bhavi has lived in the amphitheatre of high performance. Her current focus is on helping organisations flourish by combining lessons from working alongside the world’s best with the latest research in psychology and neuroscience.
Bhavi has qualifications in Psychology, Health Science and Exercise Physiology to support the holistic perspective she brings to organisational development.
